Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. When you request deletion, we will delete your account profile data, user ID and related account metadata, routine configurations, task data, generated task data, and image references from our active systems.

Some diagnostic records, logs, or backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion until they are overwritten or removed in the normal course of operations.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Morning Do app.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice in the pop-up dialog. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, you may request data deletion by contacting us directly:

  1. Email us at support@tasksquatch.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email once your data has been permanently purged from our active systems.
