These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Morning Do app and related support services operated by Tasksquatch LLC  ("Tasksquatch," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Morning Do, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who May Use Morning Do

Morning Do is designed for students, families, teens, young adults, and other users who want calm, structured routines.

• You may use Morning Do only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
• If you are using Morning Do on behalf of a child, you are responsible for supervising that use as appropriate for the child's age and local legal requirements.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs under your account.

2. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Morning Do for your personal, non-commercial use.

• This license does not transfer ownership of the app, website, software, branding, or related intellectual property.
• You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by applicable law.

3. Task Data and Routine Configuration

Morning Do does not operate like a general content-sharing platform. The task-related information you can create or modify is limited to your routine setup and custom task data.

• You may add, remove, and reorder tasks in your routines, set task durations, and save related routine configuration choices.
• You may create limited custom task inputs, including short prompts for AI-assisted task generation and custom tasks you choose to save.
• If you use AI-assisted task creation, you are responsible for the prompts you submit and for reviewing generated task titles, descriptions, and images before saving or using them.
• You grant us permission to host, store, process, and display your task data and routine configuration only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Morning Do.
• We may review, remove, or restrict task data that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal, or operational risk.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

Morning Do must be used in a lawful, family-safe way. You may not use the service to create, organize, store, generate, or transmit content or tasks that involve:

• Illegal activity or the planning or facilitation of crime.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW material.
• Sexual content involving minors, exploitative material, or any form of child sexual abuse content.
• Harassment, threats, abuse, hateful conduct, or glorification of violence.
• Fraud, deception, impersonation, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to people, devices, or systems.
• Dangerous instructions or harmful activities that could injure people, animals, or property.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with lawful requests if we believe the service is being used in violation of these restrictions.

5. AI-Assisted Task Creation

Some Morning Do features may use AI service providers to generate task titles, descriptions, or related content based on prompts you submit.

• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before saving, using, or relying on it.
• AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your needs.
• You may not use AI-assisted features to request or generate prohibited content described in these Terms.

6. Privacy, Analytics, and Diagnostics

Our service requires us to process certain account, routine, and task information in order to operate Morning Do. Our privacy practices are described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.

• We do not use your information for third-party marketing.
• We do not use cross-app advertising tracking.
• If enabled by you, we may collect limited analytics, observability, crash, and performance data to improve product stability, reliability, and performance.
• This analytics and observability collection is opt-in and is not used for third-party advertising purposes.

7. Service Communications and Marketing

We may send you service-related communications needed to operate your account or respond to support requests.

• These may include sign-in, security, account, support, or policy-update messages.
• If we offer product updates, launch announcements, or other marketing emails, they will be based on your opt-in or another valid basis allowed by law.
• We do not sell user information or provide it to third parties for their own marketing use.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Morning Do at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use creates legal exposure, safety concerns, or technical harm to the service or other users.
• We are required to do so by law or by a request from a lawful authority.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of Morning Do from time to time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Disclaimers

Morning Do is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.

• We do not guarantee that routines, timers, reminders, or generated content will always be accurate, complete, or available without interruption.
• Morning Do is a productivity aid only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional, medical, mental health, safety, or emergency guidance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasksquatch LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of Morning Do.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to Morning Do will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the service during the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, on our website, or through the email associated with your account. Your continued use of Morning Do after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
